Butter -- 1 cup
Confectioners sugar -- 4 cups ( sifted)
Vanilla extract -- 1 tsp
Milk --2 tbsp
- In bowl cream butter with electric mixer.
- Add vanilla essence
- Add sugar, one cup at a time.
- Beating well on medium speed.
- Add milk and beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Cover in an airtight container and refrigerate.
- This holds good upto 2 weeks.
