Baked Chaklis

Here goes a recipe for all health watcher's like me.. The moment i came across this recipe i did bookmark it and give it a try. The only change i made to the recipe is that i added a teaspoon of cumin seeds and a teaspoon of clarified butter. All the others remain the same and the source of the recipe is Tarladalal.com .

Thanks for posting this recipe. We call them chakris and I make them slightly differently. I add plain flour and potato powder to my mixture and fry them. I'll try baking them next time as that would be healthier.
